Hydrosols: A Complementary Addition to the Use of Essential Oils and Aromatherapy
Date: Saturday, June 22, 10:00am - 11:30am
Discover the beautiful, therapeutic world of hydrosols! Hydrosols, sometimes referred to as flower waters, are aromatic extracts created during the distillation process that produces essential oils. Their properties are similar to the essential oils, but mild in comparison. Their therapeutic properties are gentle, fragrant and suitable for all ages. This class will explore the history of hydrosols, how to buy and store them, and how to make use of the therapeutic properties of specific hydrosols. The cost of class includes creating a product to take home.
