Date: Saturday, March 16, 10:00 am - 11:30 am
Pain is an unpleasant sensation and the experience of pain is unique for everyone. Chronic pain can be complex and is a global body issue. This class will explore the analgesic effects of essential oils and how they can enhance orthodox pain treatment. Essential oils can also help alter the perception of pain due to their relaxing effects and pleasurable aromas. The essential oils covered in this class are intended as a complementary approach and are not offered as a replacement for current therapies. Materials will be provided for you to make a topical application for pain relief.
