Though highly treatable, many people who suffer from anxiety disorders never receive treatment. In this class you will learn about essential oils for stress, anxiety and depression and how to use them safely and as a complement to other modalities you may already be using. Find new hope with aromatherapy. Materials will be provided to make an essential oil product to take home.

About the Instructor: Sue Jordan, RN, BAN, CCAP, has enjoyed a 43 year career as a practicing RN! She has used essential oils since 2004 and they often eliminated the need to “take a pill.” In 2014, Sue realized her dream of becoming a Certified Clinical Aromatherapy Practitioner (CCAP). Sue enjoys teaching others about this complementary therapy that can improve overall well-being. Safe, knowledgeable, and appropriate use of essential oils is one of Sue’s overriding goals. As a Certified Clinical Aromatherapy Practitioner, Sue provides clinical aromatherapy consultations and education about the history and clinical use of essential oils.
