Aromatherapy Using the Hand “M” Technique®
Date: Saturday, October 27, 10:00 am - 11:00 am
Created by Dr. Jane Buckle, the “M” Technique® is a method of gentle, structured, repetitive touch using properly diluted essential oils. The method is suitable for everyone, from fragile adults, children, premature babies, and special needs children to people actively dying, those who are stressed, and people with PTSD who can allow touch. The technique is also useful for those who would like to soothe or calm others with gentle touch, but are not trained in massage. Everyone can learn this gentle technique. Join us for this experiential class as we discuss the relevance of this technique with aromatherapy, research and case studies, and best of all, the technique itself. This is a class for those who are comfortable with touch, as it will be experiential.
