Align with Nature: Fall Seasonal Practices for Energy & Vitality
Date: Saturday, August 10, 9:00 am - 11:00 am
Learn daily practices that will help you align with the rhythms of nature and adapt to the change of seasons for more radiant health and wellness. Your habits—whatever you do on a daily basis, determines your health and vitality. It’s easy to get stuck in old habits and ways of being that you once thought were helpful, that no longer support your needs. Even when we know we need something new, the choices may be confusing, and change can be hard. Based in the ancient science of Ayurveda and modern research on habit evolution, this class will help you incorporate the new habits and lifestyle practices your body needs. It will offer you daily practices to offset seasonally-induced imbalances brought about by the local climate and the transition to Fall. These practices will help you feel more grounded, clear and vibrant, and more in the flow with work, partnering, parenting and easeful living. Rachel will share seasonal recipes, exercises, and daily lifestyle practices specific to the Fall season and inspire you toward greater energy and vitality.
