Ordering

Credit Cards. We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e., the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. For online purchases, we do not accept any other form of payment.

Online Ordering. You can shop 24 hours a day on our website. For online orders we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and checks or money orders. If you are paying by check or money order, we will hold your order until we receive your check. Checks and money orders should be made payable to Nectar Apothecary and sent to 219 W. Gurley St., Prescott, AZ 86301.

Phone Orders. For phone orders, please have your order ready and your credit card information available before you call. For phone orders please call 928-445-4565 from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm Mountain Standard Time, Monday through Friday. If you are unable to reach us, please leave us your name and telephone number and we will call as quickly as possible to assist you. Unfortunately we are unable to process orders left on our voicemail system. For phone orders, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and checks or money orders. If you are paying by check or money order, we will hold your order until we receive your check. Checks and money orders should be made payable to Nectar Apothecary and sent to 219 W. Gurley St., Prescott, AZ 86301.

Changes to Orders and Cancellations. We are not able to accept any requests for changes to submitted orders. Please review your cart carefully for order accuracy prior to submitting your order. Requests for cancellations must be made by calling us at 928-445-4565 before 1:00 pm Mountain Standard Time on the day you submit your order. Requests for order cancellations received after this time will not be accepted. Changes and cancellations for classes purchased online or by phone must be made at least 24 hours before the start time of the class in order to receive a refund. If you need to cancel a class registration, please call the shop, 928-445-4565 or email us at info@nectarapothecary.com

Out of Stock Items. If an item ordered is out of stock, we will ship the remainder of your order. You will not be charged for out of stock items. We do not maintain back orders. If an item is out of stock, please reorder once the item is back in stock, usually 1-2 weeks.

All discrepancies, shortages, broken merchandise and any requests for returns must be made within 30 days of the issued invoice date. Any requests for compensation or remediation will not be accepted after 30 days of the invoice date.

Shipping & Local Pick-Up

We strive for fast and efficient shipping with environmentally responsible materials.

Free Shipping. We provide free shipping for orders over $99.

Shipping Charges. For online and phone orders not eligible for free shipping we charge actual shipping based on USPS rates which are displayed during checkout. These charges are calculated and automated within our shopping cart system and all charges are clearly visible during the checkout process.

Shipper. We ship via USPS Priority or First Class Mail within the US. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 48 hours of placement of the order, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays. Once your package is shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number.

Local Pick-Up. If you selected local pick-up at checkout, we will let you know via email as soon as your order is ready for pick-up, typically within 24 hours. You can pick-up your order at our downtown Prescott shop, 219 W. Gurley St., Prescott, AZ 86301.

Returns

Return Policy

30 Days From Invoice Date. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return any product by sending it back to us postmarked within 30 days from the invoice date.

Condition of Returned Product.

Returned products must be in their original packaging and refunds will be issued only for the unused portion of the product returned.

We do not accept returns on products that have been mixed or blended together with other ingredients. This contaminates the raw product(s) leaving us unable to assess them in the original condition in which they were received. If you are purchasing bulk ingredients in order to create formulations, please inspect raw materials carefully before combining. We would recommend performing a small test batch with a specific ingredient if you have any questions or concerns about its possible performance in your recipe. Please do not return products that do not meet the return criteria listed above, as we will not be able to issue refunds for non-qualifying items and cannot return the items to you.

Refund. Qualifying returns are eligible for a refund. If you paid by credit card, please let us know the last four digits and expiration date of the original credit card used for the purchase. If you paid for your order with a check/money order, we can issue a refund in the form of a company check once your check has cleared our bank. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is necessitated by our error.

Shipping Charges. All shipping charges become the sole responsibility of the customer, unless the return is necessitated by our error.  Any refused or non-deliverable packages will be canceled upon receipt and will be subject to a return-shipping fee by the carrier and this fee will be deducted from the refund amount for the products. Original shipping is non-refundable.

Return Instructions

Please include the following information with your return:

1) A copy of your original invoice or the invoice number.

2) Your name, shipping address, email address, and telephone number.

3) A note explaining the reason for the return. This information will help us understand the needs and concerns of our customers and assists us in developing better products.

4) If you paid by credit card and would like a refund issued to your card, the last four digits and expiration date of the original credit card used for the purchase.

Terms & Conditions

The Nectar Apothecary Loyalty Program rewards you for shopping at Nectar and assists Nectar in better understanding and meeting your needs and desires

  1. Enrollment: In order to enroll in the Loyalty Program, you must provide the following information: First Name, Last Name, Email Address, and Zip Code. Enrollment in the program constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  2. Earning Rewards:
    1. In order to accrue rewards you must enroll in the program (see above) and provide your name each time make an in store purchase.
    2. Rewards are only accrued on in store purchases and are not available for online purchases.
    3. When you provide your name at check out, our Point of Sale system (POS) will track the amount of your purchase of product and classes (excluding sales tax). Each time you reach the total purchase threshold of $100 in product or classes, you will earn a $10 reward.
    4. Your progress toward rewards and rewards earned will show on your POS receipt.
  3. Redemption of Rewards:
    1. Once you have earned a reward, you have the option of redeeming the reward on your next purchase of $10 or more in product or classes or redeeming at a later time.
    2. You can only redeem one $10 reward per transaction. The entire $10 reward must be used at one time.
    3. A reward cannot be applied to the same transactions giving rise to the award.
    4. Rewards cannot be combined with other offers, sales, specials, or coupons.
  4. Non-Transferrable: Only you can redeem your rewards. Rewards cannot be sold or transferred to another customer
  5. No Actual Cash Value: Rewards have no actual case value and cannot be used to obtain cash or cash back on a transaction.
  6. Changes to Program: We may discontinue our Loyalty Program at any time in our sole discretion with no liability to you. If we do so, we’ll publish a notice on our website and/or email you to let you know. We may change the Loyalty Program (including the threshold amount to earn a or redeem a reward) and these Terms and Conditions at any time, or add new terms or conditions. If we do so, we’ll publish an updated version on our website https://www.nectarapothecary.com. Your continued participation in our Loyalty Program will constitute your acceptance of such changes.
